Interview with Lois Goins about her experiences attending Swift Memorial Institute and teaching at Sulphur Hollow school in Hancock County, Tennessee. Interview was conducted at the "Great Golden Gathering" reunion in Sevierville, Tennessee. The Great Golden Gathering is a reunion of Black schools that were once in Northeast Tennessee and Southwestern Virginia during segregation.
