This item can be divided into two parts. First, two photographs and accompanying descriptions detail a rededication of New Hope Cemetery. The rest of the item consists of multiple images and information taken from a booklet concerning local churches, historic reverends, congregations, and gospel groups. The churches described include Friendship Baptist Church, Macedonia Baptist Church, Brainard's Chapel, Tabernacle Presbyterian Church, Pruitt Hill United Methodist Church, Full Gospel Misson II, Chuckey AME Zion Church, Millers Chapel, Divin Temple Church of God in Christ, Warrensburg Houston Chapel Church, Tate Chapel United Methodist Church, and Jones Memorial AME Zion Church. Part of a fraternal and social organizations exhibit at the Greene County History Museum.
