Description

The 1951 yearbook of Nelson Merry School is dedicated to the faculty. It includes information about the board of education, the senior class will and prophecies, a sports page, and a humor page. Group pictures include both the boys and girls basketball teams, cheerleader of 1950; the senior football stars, the homecoming queen; the future basketball team, the home economics class; the industrial arts department; the choral club; the commercial class; and prom night. The insert pages were colored by Ms. Taliaferro, who said that she wanted the pages to be more representative of the school.
